Check out this video I made for Our Schools Coaltion, an organization dedicated to supporting and encouraging great teachers in public schools. The shoot took place at Franklin High School in Seattle, and I had about 10 minutes with each of the kids. Not exactly ideal, but they were good sports and gave great responses. It took a while to figure out how to connect the various interviews, but the Mad Libs strategy seemed to work well. The spot was shot on a friend’s HVX200 and edited on Final Cut Pro. Lemme know what you think.
This video was produced by Our Schools Coalition, a Seattle-based organization made up of Seattle Public School parents, local employers, community volunteers and taxpayers. Our Schools Coalition is working to increase student learning and support and attract great teachers. Above all we are passionate supporters of public education because, after all, it’s about our students, our teachers, and our future.
